What's different about Just Hit Send gifts?

We search for gift items from unique, up-and-coming, or otherwise special brands; especially those that are organic, all-natural, or with a story or important mission. We also have a mission of environmental sustainability, with eco-friendly gift packaging and a donation from every sale going to OneTreePlanted. 

Where does Just Hit Send ship?

We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. (International shipping also available in some countries - email us to inquire.) 

What is the delivery time frame?

All gifts are shipped USPS Priority mail and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. *Please allow additional time during the holidays due to USPS volume or unforeseen delays.* 

**While all gifts are available to send priority mail for $8, we strongly suggest sending with Signature Confirmation Required to ensure safe delivery, especially when sending to a private residence.**

How can I send multiple gifts to multiple addresses?

The simplest way to do this is by leaving notes in the "cart" page when you check out as to which gift you would like sent to which address.

You can also order each gift separately, or email us at hi@justhitsendgifts.com and we will create the order for you. Shipping costs will be the same for either type of transaction.

Can I customize my gift?

Yes! Visit our "Create" page - pick and choose from over 100 items to design the gift you want to send.

Do you offer custom gifts for large events or corporate needs? 

Yes! We would love to design the perfect gift for your occasion. Submit your inquiry to hi@justhitsendgifts.com or fill out the contact form on our "Custom" page - we'll be in touch within 24 hours!

A minimum of 10 gifts is required for completely custom requests. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We take care to ensure that each gift is packed to perfection and that each item is in top form. If something is damaged or broken please let us know right away by emailing hi@justhitsendgifts.com & we'll make it right!

Otherwise, all gifts are final sale.
